I strongly recommend the book Computational Complexity: A Modern Approach by Arora and Barak. When I took computational complexity at my Master level, the main textbook is Computational Complexity by Papadimitriou. But, maybe due to my background in Software Engineering, I found the writing in Papadimitriou challenging at times. In your recommendations please indicate the mathematical prerequisites to the book, what topics it covers, and how focused it is on theoretical physics (because I know many focus on quantum computing). Quantum complexity that err more on the computing side would still be appreciated, but a theoretical physics approach would be ideal.
